Peace Love World Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Return Policy
Items purchased online direct from Peace Love World must be returned by mail only and cannot be returned to a Peace Love World certified retail store.
Exchanges and refunds are offered on unworn, unused, and unwashed products ONLY within 30 days from invoice date.
All returns must have a RMA number prior to returning the merchandise to PLW. Customers can request an RMA via phone at our 1-855-710-0882 or by email.
Once an RMA has been issued, a customer has 7 business days for merchandise to be received at PLW for it to be valid. Any RMA received after that deadline will be voided.
For a full refund, returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items may not be returned and will not be accepted.
Peace Love World reserves the right to refuse any return not meeting any or all of these requirements.
Refunds

Refunds will be given after receipt of the returned merchandise.
Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment.

Returns by Mail
Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
Please enclose a copy of the original receipt and the RMA number.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
Packages are to be shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Retain the return tracking number for your records. Peace Love World will not be held liable for lost inbound packages.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Customer Service Department immediately at 305-406-3736. It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we can give you an RMA number.
Before you call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.
Wrong Item, Color or Size
If we shipped you the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 305-406-3736. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you with the return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
