On Saturday April 27th, 2013 Nikki Beach Lifestyle gave Peace Love World the honor of being featured in the next edition of its signature fashion series, What Women Want. Pieces from our Summer Collection were revealed along with a preview of our bathing suit collection available in Spring ’14. We collaboarted with Honey Shine, Tracy Mourning’s chairty , having proceeds contribute to her movement. The combination of Peace Love World, Nikki Beach Lifestyle, and HoneyShine brought energy, style, and fun making it a night to remember.

Because I am Beautiful

The Because I am Beautiful Girls Club is an organization designed to promote and inspire young girls to think positively and to aspire to reach their full potential. Octavia Kearney, the founder of the organziation asked Alina to speak to encourage the members at Hallandale Elementary.She was asked to provide insight on pursuing her dreams in the fashion industry. She inspired them by telling them her story, what inspired her, and providing them with positive mantras. She told them how hard work and dedication pays off, described the importance of education, and the importance of giving back. Overall, she provided positive affirmations and shared her success story as a way to inspire them to believe they are beautiful.

Mini-Makeovers and a Photo for Mother’s Day!

We are inviting our friends, fans and customers to bring in moms, daughters and sisters to be part of our Mother’s Day Event at the Coral Gables store.

Enjoy a mini-makeovers with Chanel cosmetics, courtesy of Nordstrom Village of Merrick Park.  After the mini-makeover, take a professional photo for yourself or give as a gift to mom.  It’s all taking place at 225 Miracle Mile tomorrow, Thursday, May 9 from 3pm-8pm.

Peace Love Honey Shine at Nikki Beach Miami

Invitation special performance Peace Love Honey Shine at Nikki Beach MiamiPeace Love World is thrilled to introduce our 2013 Summer collections at Nikki Beach Miami on Saturday, April 27th. The fashion show is part of a series “What Women Want” presented by Nikki Beach locations around the world. Not only will there be fabulous fashions, food and drinks, but Peace Love World has partnered with Tracy Wilson Mourning to support Honey Shine. Honey Shine is a mentoring program with the mission to encourage the balance of mind, body and soul in girls and young women by providing nurturing experiences that enlighten their paths and empower their future.

Doors open at 7pm where you can bid on a great silent auction items, preview the brand new hard side luggage for Peace Love World by Heys USA, get ahead on your Mother’s Day gift giving at the Peace Love World pop up store, or just hang out in our photo booth! We’ll be tagging and posting all night long using #peaceloveworld #nikkibeachmiami. Order up one of our specialty drinks and $2 from every drink will go directly to Honey Shine!

The fashion show will open with a special performance by local girl gone Hollywood, Jeanine Mason, winner of season 5 “So You Think You Can Dance” and Kupono Aweau, another season 5 contestant. Jeanine just wrapped on the pilot for “Delirium,” a new show on Fox this fall while Kupono just completed dancing on tour with Madonna.

The Luck of the Stylish

Parades, parties, and green beer are a worldwide celebration where all of us Irish wannabes get the chance to be Irish for a day! While Miami may not dye a river green, the city’s streets will be flooded with green-wearing celebrants! Miracle Mile will be hosting its annual block party on Friday, March 15th. Brickell will host their all-day event, starting at breakfast time, on March 17th in honor of the patron saint of Ireland. In the midst of the swarm of green, look for Peace Love World staffers passing around “Kiss me I am Lucky” stickers.  Join the fun and spot the green lips. Get your own and maybe you too will be lucky enough to experience the luck O’ the Irish.

Peace Love World Teams up with Coca-Cola for an Exclusive Collection

MIAMI, FL (February 2013) – This spring 2013 brings an exciting new collaboration to the fashion industry as renowned active wear and lifestyle brand Peace Love World partners with the iconic label, Coca-Cola to create Coke Love Happy.  The styles are launching in Peace Love World Stores and on PeaceLoveWorld.com across the country this spring.  The Coke Love Happy collection merges two brands passionate about invigorating and improving people’s lives one happy thought and moment at a time.
