As seen on “American Idol”
On this week’s American Idol, the top eight (a number we think is great!) performed songs from film soundtracks, but we felt it was more like the movie version of Peace Love World (the sequel to Eat Pray Love with cuter wardrobe?) as two top contenders belted it out wearing some major PLW wares.
One of only two ladies left in the competition, Lauren Alaina chose Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb,” which was certainly apropos … as were her outfit choices. During her pre-show consult with Jimmy Iovine and Will.i.am, Ms. Alaina proved more boho chic than Hannah Montana in our Boheme Swing Top and Wide Leg Pants.
Off duty, Lauren took to Twitter, staying comfy cool (as in like a cucumber—check out that facial mask!) in our own Love 2 Love Hoodie and Pima Scarf, then had a hair-raising experience (ahem) in our At Peace L2L Fleece Hoodie and Pants.
Meanwhile, a rebellious James Durbin rocked out this week to Sammy Hagar’s “Heavy Metal,” despite doubts from mentors Iovine and Will.i.am. James’ song selection may have worried Jimmy and the Black Eyed Pea, but we’re all smiles about his pre-show Simply Happy Metro Hoodie Tee, seen here in a Tweeted pic alongside follow Idoler Casey “Nature Boy” Abrams and one lucky fan. We’re certain James’ is happy about all it too.
